Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Buckstop Roofing website (buckstoproofing.com) or engaging our roofing services. By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Using the website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service does not by itself enroll you in text messaging.

1. About Buckstop Roofing

Buckstop Roofing is a licensed and insured roofing contractor based in Fortson, Georgia. Residential service covers Fortson, Columbus, Midland, Upatoi, Cataula, Hamilton, Pine Mountain, LaGrange, Warm Springs, and Blairsville, GA; commercial service covers Columbus, Macon, Newnan, and Carrollton, GA, and only the additional cities listed on each market page. Our services include full roof replacements, reroofs, new construction roofing, metal roofing, commercial roofing, and storm damage restoration.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request estimates and contact our team. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of this site.

You may not:

  • Use this site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from this site without our express written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms or contacting us

3. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided by Buckstop Roofing — whether submitted through this website, by phone, or in person — are not binding contracts. A formal written proposal or signed contract constitutes the agreement for any roofing work. Pricing is subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope of work confirmed at the time of inspection.

4. Roofing Services

All roofing work performed by Buckstop Roofing is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement. That agreement, including its scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, and warranty terms, supersedes any general information found on this website.

Warranty

Buckstop Roofing provides a workmanship warranty on completed roofing projects as specified in the written service agreement. Manufacturer material warranties (such as GAF shingle warranties) are separate and subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. Warranty coverage requires that all invoices be paid in full.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement. Buckstop Roofing accepts various payment methods including check, credit card (processed via Stripe), and financing through approved lenders. Where financing has been approved, no deposit is required prior to commencement unless independently required by the financing company. Work will not commence until either the agreed deposit has been received or financing approval has been confirmed in writing.

Promotions

Promotional descriptions on this website are summaries for informational purposes. A promotion applies only when eligibility and the included work are recorded in the written service agreement signed by both parties. The signed agreement controls the project scope, measurements, selected materials, pricing, and any additional charges.

Free Gutters with a Qualifying Residential Roof Replacement

This offer is available for qualifying residential roof-replacement projects at properties within Buckstop Roofing's residential service area. To qualify, the written roof-replacement service agreement must be signed by both parties on or before December 31, 2026. The offer does not apply to roof repairs, commercial projects, or standalone gutter work.

  • The included gutter work is up to 80 linear feet of standard aluminum gutters, with the downspouts and removal of existing gutters for the included runs specified in the signed service agreement.
  • Gutter guards are not included. Colors and materials are limited to options available from Buckstop Roofing at the time the order is placed. Any upgrade or non-standard option is excluded unless it is separately listed with its price in the signed agreement.
  • Gutter footage above 80 linear feet is an additional charge. The applicable price and any other additional charges must be stated in the signed service agreement.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

The service agreement must identify the included gutter and downspout scope, available selections, and any additional charges before the agreement is signed. If the promotion is not included in the signed agreement, it is not part of the project price. The offer is not available for a separate gutter-only project.

Property Care Club

Membership in the Buckstop Property Care Club is governed by a separate membership agreement provided at enrollment. Membership plan tiers are based on property size and are subject to adjustment by Buckstop Roofing to reflect actual property dimensions as determined upon review. Full membership terms are available at the time of enrollment.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Buckstop Roofing Service Updates. If you choose to opt in, Buckstop Roofing may send non-marketing text messages, including automated messages, to the mobile number you provide about estimate coordination, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, membership services, and customer support related to your inquiry or services.

  • Optional consent: Website texting consent is collected through a separate, unchecked opt-in checkbox. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, accepting these Terms and Conditions, or enrolling in a membership does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can submit a request without opting in.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, project activity, and service needs.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines any charges.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one final confirmation message; further program texts will stop unless you opt in again. You may also contact us to request that texting stop. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service agreement or membership.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact Buckstop Roofing at (706) 330-3992 or info@buckstoproofing.com.
  • Your number: Only opt in for a number you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Consent applies to the number and message purposes disclosed when you opt in, not to unrelated promotional campaigns.
  • Delivery: Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texting for emergency assistance.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers, messages, and texting consent. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This opt-in does not authorize marketing or promotional texts. Any future marketing text program requires its own separate consent. Updates to these terms do not expand the purposes for which you previously consented.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and the overall design — is the property of Buckstop Roofing or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckstop Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here. Our total liability for any claim related to this website shall not exceed $100.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising directly from our roofing services, which is governed by your separate written service agreement and applicable Georgia law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Muscogee County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated website terms, but does not grant or expand SMS consent.
