How do I sign up?

What does the $149 enrollment fee cover?
It covers account setup, your initial roof inspection, and your first scheduled service visit. It is non-refundable after the first service is completed.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The first 50 customers who enroll pay only $99 instead of $149 to join. The monthly rate stays the same. Mention the Founding Member offer when you contact us — spots are limited.
Are repairs included?
Leak troubleshooting and diagnostic visits are included at no extra cost. Repair work is billed separately, but members receive a 15% discount on all repair invoices and a 5% discount on full replacements.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Membership is month-to-month. Simply notify us to cancel, and your membership ends at the close of the current billing period. The enrollment fee is non-refundable after your first service.
How much notice do I get before a scheduled visit?
We contact you 5–7 days before each scheduled service to confirm the date and time. You can reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
