We use this information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate estimates and services, and manage your customer relationship. Providing a phone number does not, by itself, authorize text messages.

If you choose texting, we also collect your SMS consent choice and records of when and how consent was obtained, including the submitted phone number, form source, and disclosure version. Our messaging providers may maintain message contents, replies, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out records needed to operate the messaging program and honor your choices.

Payment information

If you make a payment through our website, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically through third-party tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — We use Google's tools to understand how visitors find and use our website and to measure advertising activity.   • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to reach people who have visited our site with relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel collects data about your visit (pages viewed, actions taken) and matches it against your Facebook profile if you are logged in.   • The Trade Desk Universal Pixel — This advertising measurement tag sends page-view and event data to The Trade Desk to help measure advertising activity.
  • OpenAI advertising pixel — This integration supports advertising measurement, subject to our privacy controls. SMS consent does not authorize sharing your mobile number or texting consent for advertising matching.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Texting consent is specific to Buckstop Roofing and is not transferable to another sender or an unrelated marketing program.

We use your mobile number and consent information to provide the service-related text messages you selected: estimate coordination, appointments, project updates, membership services, and customer support. We may provide the information necessary to operate this program to service providers acting on our behalf, such as our CRM, messaging platform, telecommunications providers, and hosting providers, solely to store consent, deliver messages, provide support, and maintain security. This operational processing does not authorize them to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

Form submissions and contact information are retained for as long as needed to provide service and fulfill any legal or business obligations. Texting consent and opt-out records are retained as needed to demonstrate consent, honor suppression requests, and meet applicable obligations. An opt-out record may need to be retained even after other information is deleted so that you are not inadvertently re-enrolled. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, subject to these retention requirements.

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
