Free Gutters with a Qualifying New Roof: What Local Homeowners Should Know

A clear breakdown of the included gutter scope, exclusions, deadline, and what to confirm before signing.

After a major storm, some homeowners are already considering a roof replacement. Buckstop Roofing's current promotion adds a defined gutter package to a qualifying residential roof-replacement project. The offer is not a promise of free gutters for every roof or a separate gutter-only service. Here is what to confirm before you sign.

Who can qualify?

The offer applies to qualifying residential roof replacements at properties within Buckstop Roofing's residential service area: Fortson, Columbus, Midland, Upatoi, Cataula, Hamilton, Pine Mountain, LaGrange, Warm Springs, and Blairsville, GA. It does not apply to repairs, commercial projects, or standalone gutter work. The written roof-replacement service agreement must be signed by both parties on or before December 31, 2026.

What is included?

The promotion includes up to 80 linear feet of standard aluminum gutters, with downspouts and removal of existing gutters for the included runs. The exact included scope must be listed in the signed service agreement.

  • Gutter guards are not included.
  • Colors and material options are limited to what is available when the order is placed.
  • Any upgrade or non-standard option must be listed separately with its price in the agreement.
  • Footage above 80 linear feet is an additional charge; the applicable price must be stated in the agreement.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

Review the agreement before work is scheduled

Before signing, check that the agreement identifies the promotion, the included gutter and downspout scope, the available selection, and any additional charges. If your home needs more than 80 linear feet or you want an option that is not included, ask for the added price in writing before you approve the work. If the promotion is not included in the signed agreement, it is not part of the project price.

A roof inspection and estimate can help determine whether your project is a replacement or a repair and whether it is eligible. Storm damage by itself does not guarantee that a roof needs replacement or that an insurance company will pay for one.

Ask about the offer for your home

Request a residential roof-replacement estimate and ask the team to confirm eligibility and included scope in writing.
